Role Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Associate to assist the Sales/Distribution team primarily focusing on the U.S. markets. The role involves contributing to asset under management (AUM) growth and the expansion of the institutional client base. Responsibilities include supporting sales planning, managing CRM data, conducting research and competitive analysis, preparing client materials, and actively participating in client interactions and industry training sessions.
This entry-level position offers room for professional growth within the organization and aims to support 21Shares' development in the U.S. market, positioning the company as a leading digital asset solution provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales team, concentrating on U.S. institutional markets
- Contribute to AUM growth and expansion of the institutional client base
- Assist with U.S. growth initiatives, focusing on acquisition strategies and sales planning
- Maintain up-to-date CRM data and enhance the customer experience
- Conduct competitive analysis and research
- Collaborate with various internal teams to prepare sales materials
- Monitor client queries and participate in research training sessions
- Back up other country teams as needed and foster team collaboration
Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant industry experience
- Possession of Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 licenses
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Client-centric mindset with a passion for the digital assets space
- Motivated and driven to contribute to business growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Interest and background in crypto, ETPs, and traditional finance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

- Ability to work on-site in the New York office 2-3 days per week

Location and Compensation:
This role is based in New York City and requires on-site work at the New York office in a hybrid model from Monday to Wednesday. The base salary range is $110,000-$130,000, with total compensation packages varying based on individual factors, such as skills, experience, and certifications. This may differ in locations outside of NYC due to varying labor costs.
