As a Corporate Security Guard at CleanSpark, you will be essential to maintaining the safety and security of our corporate office, assets, and remote monitoring systems. You will enforce strict security procedures, safeguard personnel, and protect sensitive information. We are seeking proactive individuals committed to creating a secure and productive environment for our corporate team and remote operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage access to the CleanSpark corporate office, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter.
  • Utilize advanced surveillance technology to monitor and analyze activities onsite and remotely, promptly reporting any abnormalities or suspicious behavior.
  • Conduct regular patrols and systematic inspections to detect and mitigate potential security threats within corporate premises and remote monitoring infrastructure.
  • Respond effectively to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents, coordinating with emergency services as needed and following established protocols.
  • Provide courteous assistance to corporate employees, visitors, and contractors, exhibiting excellent customer service skills to create a safe and welcoming corporate environment.
  • Maintain detailed security activity logs, compile comprehensive reports, and submit them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with security personnel and other departments to uphold a cohesive security framework and implement proactive measures.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in law enforcement or military services.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training in security or related fields considered a plus.
  • Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role.
  • Strong observation skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage emergency situations calmly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills for logging and reporting purposes.
  • Physical fitness and ability to engage in security duties for extended periods, including standing, walking, and running.

Additional Requirements

  • Possession of a valid security guard license issued by the state of Nevada.
  • Preference for an honorable discharge from military service.
  • First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
