Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to support our Digital Assets and Investments team. In this role, you will oversee the accounting processes for digital assets and investments, including reconciliations, journal entries, monitoring exceptions, data integrity, reporting, and process automation. You will collaborate with international accounting teams for seamless cross-entity operations, monthly financial closes, report disclosures, and audit activities pertaining to corporate digital assets. Close collaboration with various teams, such as data, engineering, product, treasury, risk, and finance departments, is essential.

Key Duties:

  • Lead month-end accounting processes for digital assets and investments.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of account fluctuations and ensure accurate balance reporting.
  • Assist in preparing regulatory disclosures and key financial reports.
  • Identify areas for process enhancements and work across departments to drive automation improvements.
  • Collaborate on implementing digital assets accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Support with SOX compliance, audits, and tax requirements.
  • Conduct special accounting projects and analysis as directed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Minimum 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 and CPA.

Additional Information:

Compensation considerations factor in experience, skill set, qualifications, and organizational needs. Depending on location, compensation ranges may vary.

Base Pay Range: $102,500 - $137,500 Annual Bonus Target: 12.5% Benefits: Equity, Health (medical, dental, vision), 401(k), unlimited discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays per year (U.S.).
