Role Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the VP, Creative Lab, as a senior leader, you will contribute significantly to a high-impact website and content projects that drive the Marketing team's objectives and Circle's corporate goals. Your key responsibilities include:

- Developing the website's storytelling approach to lead the user journey and enhance page-level narrative structure through projects, optimization, content, and design.
- Orchestrating content discovery and planning for continuous comprehensive website revamps to meet user content needs.
- Crafting UX copy for functional web aspects such as navigation menus and customer engagement flows.
- Collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to define content hierarchy, user journeys, and more.
- Overseeing an IC Content Strategist, nurturing their growth, and expanding the impact of Content Strategy within and beyond the Marketing department.
- Coordinating with the internationalization team to ensure top-tier product experiences across Circle's platforms and campaigns in various languages.
- Creating content guidelines for internal partners to generate cohesive, compelling, and on-brand web content across diverse page types.
- Leading the global taxonomy documentation and content tagging systems to support content, search, and SEO efforts.
- Providing written solutions for varying website content, including UX copy, organic social media, product launches, and more.
- Formulating content strategy for the company’s intranet in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Managing a diverse group of internal partners, including marketing, product, engineering, policy, communications, and legal departments.
- Leveraging writing skills, user experience insights, and front-end development knowledge to produce product copy that enhances customer experience.
- Participating in biannual planning sessions with Director-level peers to allocate resources based on company objectives.
- Auditing the content ecosystem to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure consistent messaging.

Expectations:
- 12+ years of content strategy experience, including marketing leadership roles.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive requirements.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and a talent for crafting compelling content.
- Proficiency in navigating unstructured environments and a passion for technology evolution.
- Familiarity with relevant tools like Slack, Coda, Asana, and GSuite.
- Experience in content design across various channels and platforms.
- Strong understanding of web design and SEO best practices.
