The Finance and Accounting (F&A) team encompasses a variety of functions including Financial Control, Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Collaboratively, the team focuses on optimizing global finance initiatives and thrives on being detail-oriented while efficiently managing multiple stimulating project scopes.
Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closures and group consolidations promptly
- Create audit schedules and conduct necessary financial analyses
- Collaborate with auditors to address audit-related issues
- Support daily financial operations within the team
- Aid in the testing and adoption of finance digital transformation solutions
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on accounting matters
- Undertake ad hoc responsibilities as directed by the team or management
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting; Big 4 audit firm experience a plus
- Professional qualification as a Qualified Accountant (e.g., HKICPA or equivalent) advantageous
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
- Effective time management and multitasking capabilities under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is preferred
