This role involves spearheading the planning, management, and execution of prominent global industry events to enhance brand visibility, drive leads, and engage the cybersecurity demographic. The Senior Global Events Marketing Manager will leverage events as a cornerstone of Keyfactor's marketing approach to achieve business outcomes. Managing sponsorships, hosting events, and overseeing key corporate initiatives are integral aspects of this position, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and uphold stellar attendee experiences.

Responsibilities
- Formulate and carry out a comprehensive event strategy aligned with marketing and sales goals, covering global trade shows, conferences, webinars, and company-hosted events.
- Identify top-tier industry events and sponsorship prospects to bolster brand exposure and establish industry authority.
- Strategize and manage essential corporate events such as Sales Kickoffs, Quarterly Business Reviews, and incentive programs, guaranteeing they fulfill business aims and deliver exceptional attendee experiences.
- Organize, plan, and oversee end-to-end event logistics, encompassing budget management, vendor relations, on-site operations, and post-event follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional units like Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Demand Generation to ensure consistent messaging, measurable outcomes, and pre- and post-event engagement with target clients.
- Ensure cohesive branding across booth design, collateral, and digital assets, resonating effectively with event attendees.
- Establish success metrics, analyze performance data, and offer insights to refine future events, ensuring ROI aligns with financial targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-8+ years in event management, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud, or data industries, showcasing a track record of executing impactful large-scale events.
- Expertise in B2B buyer journeys, lead generation, and Account-Based Marketing strategies for events.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and marketing tools such as Hubspot.
- Familiarity with webinar and virtual event platforms.
- Strong project and organizational skills to manage multiple events concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Creativity, adaptability, close attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional attendee experiences.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build robust relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- A proactive, creative problem-solving approach for high-pressure scenarios.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, event planning, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
