Description
The primary goal of this role is to assist the global HR Operations within the Employee Services Hub (ESH) and Group Compensation and Benefits function through the following duties:
Job Responsibilities
- Administer various global HR Operations processes within the Global Employee Services Hub for APAC, EMEA, and US regions
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in overseeing ESH Global Talent Acquisition Operations
- Compile regular HR reports like headcount, annual leave, and TA reports for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Compensation and Benefit team to facilitate day-to-day operations as needed
- Support the Year End process, including the annual performance and pay review cycle
- Engage with relevant parties to spot HR process streamlining and automation possibilities
- Serve as backup for HKHR operations and manage additional ad-hoc tasks and projects
- Get involved in global HR projects as opportunities arise
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related business field
- Possess at least 3-4 years of HR experience, with specific knowledge in HR Operations and C&B, preferably in multinational corporations
- Showcase strong numerical skills with an eye for detail
- Exhibit proactive, responsible, organized, hardworking, and cooperative traits, along with effective communication
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel, with additional competency in Google Suite applications like Google Sheets considered a plus
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin dialect.
