Responsibilities:
- Introduce and drive a new product to market, achieving ambitious goals for USDC distribution and associated monetization strategies
- Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with organizations in the web3 ecosystem to promote the adoption and expansion of USDC
- Lead negotiations and execute commercial agreements across various Web3 sectors to maximize the utilization of Circle's suite of products
- Ensure that all deals are financially sound, yield positive return on investment for Circle, and align with our company objectives
- Collaborate with partners to address their needs with a customer-centric approach
Key Focus Areas:
- Identify and manage a diverse range of opportunities, developing and implementing go-to-market plans and validating beta products
- Foster a team culture centered on integrity, collaboration, customer focus, metric-oriented mindset, pace, and optimism
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in global web3 organizations, including blockchains and DeFi protocols
- Provide regular reporting and clear communication on essential KPIs, metrics, and revenue forecasts for the region

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales roles
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols and blockchain technology
- Demonstrated resilience, positivity, and self-driven initiative
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to generating opportunities and achieving exceptional outcomes
- Solid understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology
- Proven track record in negotiating high-impact strategic deals with executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent pipeline management skills and savvy prioritization abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to craft clear internal and external communication messages
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity while adhering to compliance controls
