Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the strategy, development, deployment, and promotion of the CS bot management platform encompassing knowledge base, chat flow, and ticket center.
- Harness big data and AI techniques to enhance the operational efficiency of CS operations through corpus training, SOP formulation, automated responses, and case analysis.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams such as engineering, UI/UX design, and CS operations to accomplish product goals effectively.
- Regularly evaluate CS bot KPIs and user scenarios to uncover valuable insights for optimizing the product.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher education.
- Demonstrate previous experience in product design specific to CS bot functionality.
- Possess effective communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Exhibit proficiency in data analysis and user behavior interpretation.
- Show adept problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
