Senior Recruiter
Our HR team plays a vital role in supporting leaders and employees at both operational and strategic levels. While focusing on the management of our relationships with employees, we also emphasize managing the cultural aspects of these relationships. The team comprises professionals in various HR sub-functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Analytics.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing talent acquisition and engagement strategies, encompassing Employer Branding and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Ensure adherence to the company's recruitment timelines, meeting defined hiring KPIs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to outline role profiles and responsibilities based on organizational requirements, and execute effective sourcing strategies to fill crucial positions.
- Manage talent searches within specified timelines, establish benchmarks, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Execute recruitment and onboarding tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Contribute actively to HR collaboration, providing insights on organizational structure, recruitment strategy, and HR plans to senior management.
- Focus primarily on regional recruitment for various positions, including executive and technology hires.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, demonstrating a successful track record of hiring under stringent timelines.
- Proven ability to recruit for executive roles in the technology industry, engaging with senior candidates and stakeholders.
- Quick learner able to conduct thorough searches in new markets, including leadership candidate research, outreach, evaluation, and presentation.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and policies.
- Enthusiasm for technology, disruptive models, organizational culture, and talent management.
- Experience in financial services hiring is desirable.
