Senior Recruiter
Our Human Resources team plays a vital dual role in supporting our leaders and employees both practically and strategically. HR focuses on managing the company's relationship with employees, while culture management emphasizes the emotional bond between employees and the company. The team comprises professionals specializing in various HR subfunctions like Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Analytics.
Job Responsibilities
- Support talent search and attraction strategies, including employer branding and overseeing the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
- Manage recruitment activities across the organization, meeting hiring KPIs and goals.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to define role profiles, design sourcing strategies, and fill critical positions.
- Successfully conduct talent searches within set timelines, identify and overcome obstacles efficiently, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Execute recruitment and onboarding processes promptly and efficiently.
- Provide insights on organizational structure, recruitment strategies, and HR plans to management.
- Delve into regional recruitment for executive and technology positions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of comprehensive recruitment experience, with a track record of successful hires within short periods.
- Proven ability to recruit for executive roles in the technology industry, engaging with senior candidates and stakeholders.
- Quick adaptation to new markets, conducting thorough search processes, and presenting high-quality candidates.
- Proficiency in working collaboratively in a global context.
- Solid grasp of employment laws and related regulations.
- Enthusiasm for technology, disruptive models, organizational culture, and talent management.
- Preference for experience in hiring for internet companies, financial services, or web 3 domains.
