About the Position

We are looking for a resourceful and seasoned technical SEO Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving growth by strategically managing SEO operations, collaborating with development teams for site optimization, and creating impactful landing pages across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of leveraging SEO for profitability, possess strong technical capabilities for troubleshooting and collaborating with developers, and exhibit creativity in developing high-converting landing pages.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a detailed SEO and content strategy to boost organic traffic and enhance conversions.
  • Oversee the blog, which includes enhancing existing content, working with content creators, performing keyword research, evaluating performance, and identifying opportunities for refinement and growth.
  • Track and report on critical SEO metrics like rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Work with the development team to execute technical SEO recommendations and platform enhancements for enhancing user experience and increasing conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing channel owners to understand their objectives and customize landing pages to align with their specific requirements.
  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze performance data to optimize landing page conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in SEO strategy and execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical SEO principles, encompassing website architecture, HTML, and structured data.
  • Skilled in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, FullStory, SEMrush, or ahrefs.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Dato) and website optimization tools.
  • Strong project management abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to devise creative marketing solutions.
  • Knowledge of landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage), A/B testing tools, and Google Tag Manager is advantageous.

Indicated salary range for residents in CO, NY, CA, and WA is $104,000-$130,000 with up to a 25% Bonus and Equity, subject to individual candidate experience and location. Note that Figure does not sponsor work visas for this role, and all hires must comply with employment eligibility verification requirements.
