Ledger is seeking a proactive tax intern to support our Finance Team in managing the complexities of taxes in the digital asset realm. As part of this role, you will assist in tax registrations, declarations, and transfer pricing policies on a global scale, including addressing crypto-related tax matters.
Commencement Date: Starting from January 2025 Duration: 6 months
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in registering/deregistering companies for indirect taxes in multiple countries
- Aid in preparing various tax declarations such as VAT, Intrastat, and tax credit (CIR)
- Support with transfer pricing policies and staying informed on crypto and tax updates
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in tax law (at least Bac +3) with strong analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in both French and English languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel proficiency; familiarity with transfer pricing, accounting, and customs is advantageous
- Possess analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
- Interest in the crypto industry is a plus
