Overview of Responsibilities:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to collaborate with our Treasurer and drive the development and expansion of Circle's Treasury Execution, Client Services, and Operations functions. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of operational aspects, including balance sheet management, primary operations in OTC trades, digital assets, fiat operations, and more. By leveraging operational synergies and automation, you will contribute to the standardization and efficiency of Circle's risk management processes and help deliver value to our customers and shareholders. Key Role Responsibilities:
- Build and scale an operations function that supports continuous flows of crypto and fiat currencies 24/7.
- Develop and implement a global foreign exchange strategy applicable to crypto and fiat operations.
- Enhance the stablecoin ecosystem's efficiency by developing and implementing credit offerings for digital asset customers.
- Manage corporate balance sheet risk, including interest rates, foreign exchange, credit risk, and hedging activities.
- Facilitate the launch of new products and business lines with robust risk operational processes and financial risk management.
- Provide operational expertise and support for the OTC market business, including asset custody, reporting, margin operations, and financial risk management.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Establish and manage a global network of transaction banking partners to provide stablecoin liquidity to our customers.
- Maintain relationships with financial service providers, such as transaction banks and financial market utilities.
- Oversee fiat operations, including funds flows, return handling, metric analysis, and reporting.
- Automate operational and reconciliation processes to reduce errors and increase efficiency.

- 15+ years of full-time experience in treasury, banking, payments industry or related field.
- 8+ years of experience managing, building, and leading teams.
