Key Responsibilities:
- As a Workplace Operations Manager, your primary role is to oversee non-technical building services within Ledger's headquarters and coordinate operations across global offices. You will focus on operational excellence, effective budget management, and providing a high-quality workplace environment that aligns with Ledger's strategic goals.
Responsibilities include:
Soft Services Management:
- Improve and supervise service provider performance for various non-technical services.
- Develop strategies to enhance food offerings and workplace satisfaction.
- Monitor vendor contracts for quality and cost-efficiency.
Space Planning and Optimization:
- Conduct proactive space planning and zoning to optimize workspace utilization.
- Collaborate with teams to align spatial setups with business objectives.
- Support workplace changes and ensure smooth functionality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with engagement teams for successful internal and external events.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver integrated workplace experiences.
- Address workplace-related inquiries and escalate service challenges as needed.
International Coordination:
- Oversee workplace operations across global offices to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Facilitate communication and best practice sharing among regional workplace teams.
Strategic Oversight and Proactivity:
- Anticipate future workplace needs and propose solutions to meet evolving demands.
- Initiate and manage service improvement projects aligned with company culture.
- Stay informed about workplace trends to enhance employee experience design.
Budget and Compliance Management:
- Manage budgets for soft services while maintaining service quality within financial constraints.
- Ensure workplace services comply with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in workplace operations management with a focus on soft services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across functions and with vendors.
- Proficiency in space planning, workplace zoning, and service portfolio management.
- Organizational skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with workplace technology and finance tools.
- Excellent English proficiency and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
