Hibachi is a next-generation decentralized trading protocol built for professional traders. We combine CEX-level speed with full DeFi transparency using an off-chain order book, on-chain settlement, and zero-knowledge proofs.
We are looking for a proactive and crypto-native Community Moderator to help manage and grow our Discord, Telegram, and social communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Moderate Discord and Telegram channels to keep discussions healthy and spam-free
Welcome new members and answer basic questions about the protocol
Enforce community rules and handle reports professionally
Create engaging daily/weekly announcements and community updates
Track community sentiment and report important feedback to the team
Assist with events, AMAs, and community campaigns
Support the Community Manager with general moderation tasks
Required Skills:
3+ year experience moderating Discord and/or Telegram communities (Web3/crypto experience is a big plus)
Strong knowledge of DeFi, trading, and blockchain concepts
Excellent written English and clear communication
Ability to stay calm and professional when handling difficult users
Familiarity with Discord bots (e.g., MEE6, Carl-bot) and Telegram moderation tools
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
What We Offer:
Monthly compensation: $2,500 – $4,000 (higher for candidates with strong Web3 moderation experience)
