Description
Grayscale Investments, the largest digital currency asset manager globally, is looking for a talented Analyst to join our Investor Solutions team and support Investor Relations and client-focused efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in Grayscale's investment products, staying up to date with developments in the digital currency ecosystem.
- Handle incoming emails and calls from prospective and existing investors, addressing their inquiries about Grayscale products, including private placements, public quotations, and ETFs.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, marketing, and product teams to enhance the investor experience.
- Assist with general email outreach and communication to investors, as well as tracking relevant KPIs.
- Build and maintain platforms, databases, and reports tracking current and potential investor activity.
- Attend conferences and occasionally travel to engage with prospective and existing investors.
- Aid in responding to DDQ and RFP requests.
- Support Grayscale's investor education initiatives on digital currency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background.
- 1-4 years of experience selling financial products, with a focus on developing investor messaging and product value propositions.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Solid knowledge of the global asset management industry, client segments, investment products, regulatory landscape, and industry trends.
- Strong interest in digital currencies, assets, blockchain technology, and related concepts.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with investors effectively and provide a top-notch investor experience.
