As a part of an ambitious, international team, you will:
- Identify, target, and engage potential B2B clients through various outreach strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and manage the full sales lifecycle.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales objectives while delivering exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions aligning with client requirements and demonstrating MokaHR’s value.
- Act as a representative for MokaHR at industry networking events and conferences across target regions.
- Provide valuable market insights to contribute to product improvements and strategic market approaches.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation roles.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong proficiency in communication, client interactions, and stakeholder management.
- Background in or strong interest in HR tech, SaaS, or recruitment industries.
- Proactive, self-motivated, with a strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages.
