We are seeking a Client Concierge Specialist to join our expanding team focused on enhancing our current CX operations. Customer satisfaction is paramount to our business, and we strive to deliver top-notch service to our discerning clients.
As part of the team reporting to our CX leader, you will play a crucial role in offering outstanding customer service experiences to high-profile customers looking for a more personalized service. Your responsibilities will involve not only addressing their requirements through the Titan Platform but also assisting them with travel arrangements, leisure activities, and enhancing their overall lifestyle as Titan clients.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to comprehend their preferences and requirements concerning travel and lifestyle services.
- Utilize your expertise of major cities like NYC, SF, and Miami to provide unique tailored solutions for client requests.
- Manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and dining, to ensure a seamless experience with meticulous attention to detail.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, predicting their needs, and offering personalized guidance for upcoming trips and initiatives.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, advancements, and offerings in the travel and lifestyle sectors.
- Collaborate with the wider CX team on an as-needed basis depending on requirements.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service (CX) or concierge capacity, preferably within the luxury travel or hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, accommodations, and leisure activities.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently while ensuring a premium client experience.
- Proficient in managing high volumes of client interactions.
- Strong aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and innovative thinking to drive product enhancement.
- Flexible to work non-traditional hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays, to cater to client needs and peak travel periods.
Compensation
- Anticipated annual salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 plus stock options and benefits.

Final salary determination will be made by Titan, considering factors like work experience, skills, qualifications, and location, and may differ from the specified range.
