Requirements:
Based in the UK
4+ years of commercial experience in KDB+ development
Clean and efficient coding practices
Proactive, self-motivated, and confident
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong desire to learn and keen attention to detail
Knowledgeable in most of the following areas:
KDB+/q
Linux and bash scripting
Level 1 and Level 2 market data
Big data management, analysis, and visualization
Continuous integration
Knowledge of the following is advantageous:
Python and Java
Kafka and Redis
KX Dashboard and Grafana
Docker and Kubernetes
Cloud-based KDB+ deployment
Low latency and high-frequency trading
Understanding of crypto, FX, and options markets
