Role Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiation, and post-deal integration as part of the corporate development process.
- Perform comprehensive analysis of the industry landscape to identify themes and potential acquisition targets, and effectively present findings to senior management.
- Carry out rigorous financial analyses, including developing operating models, valuation, and transaction impact analysis.
- Lead due diligence efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Provide support for post-acquisition integration activities.
- Lead market intelligence initiatives, assessing competitor performance and analyzing emerging market products.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in investment banking, growth/private equity, or a similar field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative/analytical field.
- Proficient in financial modeling, including various valuation methodologies.
- Extensive firsthand transaction experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior leaders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for the digital assets space and shaping the future of financial services.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and tackle ambiguous problems.
Nice-to-Haves
- MBA degree.
- Direct experience in the digital asset space.

Compensation
The base pay for this role ranges between $140,000 and $170,000 USD. This is primarily dependent on the candidate's skillset, experience, and qualifications. In addition to base pay, the successful candidate can expect other forms of compensation, including a performance-linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
