Job Requirements

  • Must be based in Bulgaria.
  • Preferably minimum 1-year experience in phone support with proficiency in Portuguese.
  • High proficiency in both Portuguese and English languages.
  • Previous experience in fintech is not compulsory.
  • Requires understanding of the Company’s business, its technical and organizational structure.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels internally and externally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Shows integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion, and respects colleagues' personal rights.
