Responsibilities:
- Handle a substantial volume of live chat and phone inquiries from customers
- Assess customers' needs effectively to ensure satisfaction
- Provide accurate, comprehensive information to customers
- Manage customer complaints by offering timely solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure issue resolution
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
- Take extra steps to actively engage with customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in customer-facing roles or as a customer service representative
- Proficient in using IT tools for professional purposes and can address some technical queries from customers
- Strong written communication skills and attentive listening abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
- Willingness to work weekends, irregular hours, including night shifts
