Primary Responsibilities:

  • Verify KYC applications predominantly from international users, ensuring compliance with local regulations and precision in information.
  • Assess various user documents, including passports, IDs, proof of address, and selfies, for accuracy and completeness.
  • Address user queries related to KYC submissions, document rejections, and verification statuses through chat or tickets.
  • Promptly escalate any suspicious or ambiguous cases to the relevant departments per standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain optimal verification turnaround times and precision levels while observing data privacy protocols.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, AML, and Technical teams to address challenges with blocked or pending applications.
  • Offer feedback on recurrent document discrepancies and user experience flaws to streamline the KYC processes.
  • Engage in system testing and process enhancements whenever verification protocols or templates are modified.

Key Requirements:

  • Essential proficiency in English and Thai to liaise with international partners effectively.
  • Strong command of English and adept at verifying and interpreting foreign IDs and passports with confidence.
  • Attentive to details, well-organized, and accurate in scrutinizing user information and documents.
  • Sound understanding of customer service and verification procedures, excluding substantial AML investigations.
  • Capable of managing multiple systems and sustaining consistency in repetitive review tasks.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, under time-sensitive circumstances.
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity, responsibility, and discretion in managing user data.

What You Will Do
Creator & Partner Growth
Source, evaluate, and onboard creators who can drive high-quality users
