Primary Responsibilities:
- Verify KYC applications predominantly from international users, ensuring compliance with local regulations and precision in information.
- Assess various user documents, including passports, IDs, proof of address, and selfies, for accuracy and completeness.
- Address user queries related to KYC submissions, document rejections, and verification statuses through chat or tickets.
- Promptly escalate any suspicious or ambiguous cases to the relevant departments per standard operating procedures.
- Maintain optimal verification turnaround times and precision levels while observing data privacy protocols.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, AML, and Technical teams to address challenges with blocked or pending applications.
- Offer feedback on recurrent document discrepancies and user experience flaws to streamline the KYC processes.
- Engage in system testing and process enhancements whenever verification protocols or templates are modified.
Key Requirements:
- Essential proficiency in English and Thai to liaise with international partners effectively.
- Strong command of English and adept at verifying and interpreting foreign IDs and passports with confidence.
- Attentive to details, well-organized, and accurate in scrutinizing user information and documents.
- Sound understanding of customer service and verification procedures, excluding substantial AML investigations.
- Capable of managing multiple systems and sustaining consistency in repetitive review tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, under time-sensitive circumstances.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity, responsibility, and discretion in managing user data.
