The Role:
As a Digital Marketing Manager/Executive, your main responsibility will be to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, and social media. You will work closely with the Head of Community and collaborate with a high-performing cross-functional product team that includes a Product Manager, product designers, and engineers.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a mid-senior level digital marketer with at least 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced agency or business environment. You should have a proven track record of delivering measurable results and be able to showcase specific examples of your contributions. Strong time-management skills and a methodical, process-driven approach are important for success. Being highly analytical and adept at using data to inform decisions and make improvements is crucial. Additionally, you should be resilient and open to the challenges of working in the emerging fields of crypto art, NFTs, and blockchain.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive paid marketing strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all marketing activities are in line with the brand, well-balanced, and deliver commercial success.
- Identify and explore new paid acquisition and testing opportunities that are relevant to key target customer groups and regions.
Organic SEO:
- Define and track key performance indicators and reporting for organic SEO efforts.
- Implement and facilitate technical SEO optimizations and enhancements.
- Work with the Head of Community to establish an SEO content strategy.
- Increase organic referral traffic on a quarterly basis.
Paid Advertising:
- Plan and execute paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (SEM, social media, display advertising, etc.).
- Develop, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize budget allocation and campaign performance based on those insights.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against predefined goals.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, paid social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with Organic SEO best practices and some experience in executing optimizations and techniques such as meta tags, redirects, and keyword strategies.
- Proficiency in Web analytics tools, especially Google Analytics, is a valuable asset.
- Proficient in standard tech productivity packages such as the Google Suite, Notion, Jira, etc.
- Basic image and video editing skills using tools like Figma and Canva would be advantageous.
