Description
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the P2P market, resolving customer disputes in a professional manner
- Conduct investigations into trading activities and implement appropriate measures to maintain marketplace security and prevent fraudulent behavior
- Establish a culture and operational processes that align with business objectives in terms of customer service
- Utilize Customer Insight and Root Cause Analytics to identify areas for product enhancements and share recommendations with stakeholders and team members
- Represent the customer's perspective throughout the organization
- Provide feedback through personalized development plans, coaching sessions, and opportunities for growth
- Conduct ongoing customer and complainant surveys to capture real-time feedback on customer experience across all business areas
- Ensure that insights from complaints are effectively communicated internally and externally, as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience of at least 1 year in customer-facing roles or as a customer service representative
- Proficiency in utilizing IT tools for business purposes and addressing technical queries from customers
- Strong written communication skills and active listening ability
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and P2P payments is advantageous
- Fluency in English is required, and multilingual capabilities are beneficial
- Flexible to work weekends, irregular hours, including night shifts as needed
- Preference will be given to candidates who are active users of Binance P2P platform
