Responsibilities
- Handle bookkeeping tasks and finalize financial statements, including monthly closing processes.
- Prepare consolidation and intercompany billing for international subsidiaries.
- Manage consolidation audits for global entities, overseeing audit-related data and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with various regulations, including secretarial, tax, and statutory requirements for all global entities.
- Maintain financial asset and liability balance through accurate journal entries based on US GAAP standards.
- Reconcile source systems with the General Ledger to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Lead asset acquisition and capitalization processes.
- Provide timely and effective responses to queries from internal teams.
- Collaborate with competitive teams on multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- CA qualification with 5-6 years of experience in accounting, consolidation, and audit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
