Responsibilities:

Circle is currently seeking a seasoned leader to reinforce our Finance Operations team, assuming a pivotal role in designing and structuring an adaptable finance department to support the evolving scope of Circle within a maturing business climate. Collaborating closely with Finance and interdisciplinary teams, you will facilitate finance transformation, automation, and optimization of fundamental finance processes, global expansion, and facilitation of the product roadmap.

Key Duties Include:

  • Spearheading operationalization of Finance transformation initiatives by collaborating with Finance, Engineering, Data, and Product departments.
  • Supervising core finance process enhancement through collaboration with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A teams.
  • Establishing effective change management protocols, documentation, and training sessions to ensure seamless transitions during finance system launches.
  • Partnering with the Product team and internationalization working groups to prepare finance operations for new legal entities and licensing activities.
  • Aligning finance processes and system architecture to support global scalability as per the Company’s product roadmap and international expansion goals.
  • Cultivating robust relationships with all stakeholders, including team members and leadership.

  • Over 15 years of applicable experience in finance transformation initiatives.
  • Background in Finance transformation in professional services, particularly in the tech industry.
