Growth Partnerships Manager
The assigned regional scope for this position encompasses Australasia and South East Asia, along with potential coverage in other Asian regions based on regulatory constraints.
As a regional Growth Partnerships Manager, you will function autonomously as an individual contributor responsible for enhancing and expanding our network of affiliates, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within your specified region. Your core responsibilities will include overseeing strategic partnerships, launching partnership campaigns, and identifying growth opportunities.
Your direct supervisor will be the Global VP for Growth Partnerships, offering you independence within your regional operations while receiving guidance and support in line with the overarching growth plan. Your primary goal will involve driving measurable enhancements in key performance indicators (KPIs) by devising and executing growth strategies that meet or surpass partnership targets at both regional and global levels.
Responsibilities
Regional Partnerships Growth and Initiatives
- Create and implement customized partnership initiatives aligned with global objectives to foster growth within product segments like crypto, equities, cards, and sports contracts.
- Introduce and execute partnership strategies and cross-regional initiatives to extend partner opportunities beyond the designated region.
Hands-On Partnership Management
- Serve as the principal contact for partnership concerns within your region, managing associations with affiliates, influencers, and KOLs.
- Collaborate with external agency partners to conceptualize, execute, and optimize content and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and seamless communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, Legal, and Analytics teams to facilitate partners and seamlessly integrate partnership processes into operational workflows.
- Serve as the primary liaison for regional partnerships for internal stakeholders, coordinating with the agency to prioritize projects and swiftly resolve any issues.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Utilize tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics to evaluate partnership performance, gauge performance against KPIs, and derive data-driven insights to refine initiatives, partnerships, and overall strategies.
- Provide frequent, actionable reporting to different stakeholders to aid agile decision-making and continual enhancements.
Staying Ahead of Trends
- Monitor industry trends and engage with partners to maintain a competitive and innovative partnerships strategy.
Requirements
- Demonstrated 3-5+ years of experience in partnership management, affiliate marketing, or related fields.
- Essential experience in growing marketing partnerships programs, with the ability to articulate past strategies that drove KPI growth effectively.
- Previous involvement in sports betting, digital assets, cryptocurrency, or financial services is highly advantageous based on our product line.
- Proficiency with partnership management tools like Impact.com or equivalent platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Analytical mindset adept at interpreting data to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Proactive, resourceful, and decisive individual with a background in managing multiple stakeholder projects simultaneously.
- Capacity to work independently and remotely, while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in professional written and verbal English; fluency in additional languages like Malay or Korean is advantageous.
