Job Overview:
We are in search of a fervent and business-minded individual who can drive the advisory business within ADDX Group and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in completing advisory transactions exceeding US$200 million, with prior experience in institutional coverage seen as a plus.
Responsibilities
- Raise capital and establish and manage a network of investors.
- Originate and execute deals, encompassing deal initiation, structuring, pricing, and negotiation.
- Conduct due diligence of potential deals.
- Lead marketing efforts, identify qualified buyers, and facilitate deal placement.
- Take ownership of profit and loss (P/L) and drive revenue generation.
Role Requirements
- More than 8 years of extensive experience in deal origination and capital raising.
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business by cultivating existing relationships and developing new ones.
- Highly intelligent, sharp, and driven.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
