Job Overview:

We are in search of a fervent and business-minded individual who can drive the advisory business within ADDX Group and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in completing advisory transactions exceeding US$200 million, with prior experience in institutional coverage seen as a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Raise capital and establish and manage a network of investors.
  • Originate and execute deals, encompassing deal initiation, structuring, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Conduct due diligence of potential deals.
  • Lead marketing efforts, identify qualified buyers, and facilitate deal placement.
  • Take ownership of profit and loss (P/L) and drive revenue generation.

Role Requirements

  • More than 8 years of extensive experience in deal origination and capital raising.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business by cultivating existing relationships and developing new ones.
  • Highly intelligent, sharp, and driven.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
