We are now seeking an HR Assistant/Office Admin Intern to join us for a 6-month term. Responsibilities:
- Managing office mail
- Coordinating with external parties
- Procuring office supplies
- Overseeing employee equipment readiness
- Supporting onboarding and off-boarding procedures
- Distributing welcome materials to new hires
Office/Events coordination:
- Organizing events with external partners
- Handling event logistics, including venue booking and catering
- Monitoring beverage and snack inventory
- Scheduling office cleaning services
- Assisting in organizing gatherings for remote and in-office teams
