Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably within the tech, blockchain, or crypto industries.
Proven track record in managing recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition for highly skilled, decentralized teams.
Understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 concepts, how search engine works and the decentralized nature of emerging industries.
Prior experience working with crypto talent pools is a plus.
Experience managing remote and global teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Bachelor degree or above.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing across all brand marketing channels (E-com (Site), email, social, wholesale etc.) The ideal candidate should be able to translate the brand’s needs and lead the creative direction of all assets, ensuring all designs are in-line with our brand identity and flow seamlessly across all channels.
