As the Marketing Team Leader, you will be responsible for orchestrating the entire marketing process, from initial research and strategy to creative development, executional delivery, analytics, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise all marketing campaigns, ensuring their successful execution.
  • Implement diverse marketing strategies across various brands and products.
  • Communicate targeted messages to specific audiences, driving substantial growth across all areas of the business.
  • Represent the marketing team in cross-functional meetings with product management and company-wide updates.
  • Keep senior leadership informed about the progress of marketing activities and present results.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing and creative teams.
  • Conduct market research to assess product viability.
  • Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for new campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the product department to develop effective strategies and activities.
  • Monitor current campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
  • Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and generate ideas to enhance brand exposure and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, communication, and web3.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Profound understanding of both traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional creativity and ability to innovate.
  • Strong budget management skills.
  • Judicious decision-making and discretion derived from extensive industry experience.
  • Analytical skills to forecast trends and identify challenges.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, and production.
