BitGo seeks an Office Manager for BitGo Europe GmbH, providing a chance for operations professionals to collaborate with a fast-growing team. Candidates who can work full-time at the Frankfurt office are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office management tasks such as supplies, equipment, mailing, bills, errands, scheduling, purchasing, maintenance, facilities, support to visitors, and employees
  • Act as the main contact for administrative and office-related requests internally and externally
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations, including daily functions and client visits
  • Conduct contract and price negotiations with vendors, service providers, and in office lease agreements
  • Assist in operational support for customers and banking transactions, including trust accounting actions
  • Handle system testing, data input, and enhance operations
  • Administer and support all accounts, providing timely responses to requests for information, particularly from both internal and external sources
  • Proactively troubleshoot account-related matters supporting Vault Operations and assist with additional tasks as required by the Vault Management Team
