BitGo Prime's dynamic and high-performing team plays a vital role in serving institutional clients by providing critical operational support for trading, lending, and borrowing services. This team collaborates closely with the Trust custody and compliance entity, global account managers and salespeople, as well as finance and accounting departments. The extended unit is comprised of diverse professionals with extensive backgrounds in traditional and crypto-finance, encompassing front, middle, and back-office operations.

The Prime Client Service Associate will assume responsibility for overseeing business operations related to BitGo Prime's digital asset trading and financing services.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage trade and settlement workflows, including trade entry, asset transfers, reporting, and reconciliation for BitGo Prime.
  • Collaborate with the Prime business team to ensure optimal funding across different trading venues.
  • Act as the first line of support for any inquiries related to trading or financing operations.
  • Lead, identify, and implement process improvements to optimize operations and recommend automation solutions.
  • Support testing efforts for proprietary system enhancements.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the Sales and Client Services team in onboarding new counterparties.
  • Identify operational risks and establish appropriate operational controls, documenting policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Work closely with the product/engineering team to enhance products and services.
  • Forge and maintain relationships with clients, exchanges, liquidity providers, and third-party providers.
  • Stay updated on market trends, opportunities, risks, and new projects, demonstrating a genuine passion for the digital asset industry.

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with exposure to macro programming being a plus.
  • Genuine interest in financial services and cryptocurrency, with prior professional or personal involvement in the crypto industry being a bonus.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your level of experience and location, the compensation for this role typically ranges between $60,000 - $90,000 USD as the base salary.
