我们的愿景 作为全球⼗⼤数字资产交易所之⼀（仍在上升🚀），我们在交易、安全 和区块链产品创新⽅⾯提供⼀流的服务体验。 我们的⽬标是让所有⼈都能参与到加密市场的建设中来，使得最前沿的、最有潜⼒的加密货币项⽬得以安全上线并交易。你有兴趣加⼊这样⼀⽀去中⼼化团队吗？ 我们的设计团队 分工明确体系完整，协作性高； 团队背景为行业一线，人才密度高。多设计专业并存，可提供多专业横向发展发展空间。体系化专业管理，可提供纵向发展深度； 灵活的办公模式赋予工作更大的弹性； 我们一贯秉持公司理念，做到用户至上，期盼带给用户最美的使用体验。 空缺一（负责海外业务，有英语要求） 岗位职责：  1、负责平台交易所的运营设计工作； 2、独立承担海外业务线的设计项目，以平台视觉规范标准来达成业务推动，并保证项目落 地质量； 3、主要资源渠道的宣发物料，如主KV、banner、H5等设计内容； 4、监控和分析设计趋势，研究目标用户审美倾向，制定符合体验且有创意的设计方案。 任职要求：  1、设计类专业本科及以上学历，3年以上视觉设计经验，独立完成项目经验； 2、熟悉设计常用软件，包括但不限于PS、AI、Figma、MJ、SD等； 3、逻辑清晰，善于沟通，有独立与业务、产研有效配合项目落地经验能力； 4、了解海外产品，具备全球化视角分析，能根据不同国家地域及人文习俗把握视觉风格的 输出； 5、具备良好的英文沟通能力； 6、富有较强的团队协作精神，责任感强； 7、简历务必请附上个人作品集。 空缺二（负责平台活动创意设计，无语言要求） 岗位职责：  1、负责品牌对外的视觉内容输出； 2、理解业务目标和视觉设计思路，敏锐转化为设计目标、判断设计方向； 3、独立承担重点大型活动项目，主导整体视觉风格和创意设计方案，并保证项目落地质 量； 4、定期对各创意项目，进行复盘和评估，制定改进完善； 5、时刻分析监控流行设计趋势，研究目标用户审美倾向，持续提升平台创意视觉的设计方 案。 任职要求： ...
