Overview
We are collaborating with a reputable Chinese bank that launched its operations in the UAE in 2016 under the regulation of CBUAE. The bank aims to establish a regional banking hub for the MENA region, focusing on trade finance, bilateral loans, syndication, interbank placement, investment and trading, RMB clearing, and AED clearing.
They are presently looking for Emirati professionals to join their Settlement Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Manage back-office operations for corporate accounts, including account lifecycle management and transaction processing.
- Administer import letters of credit, handling document processing and data management.
- Supervise export letters of credit activities, ensuring thorough document review and efficient collection processes.
- Implement and oversee guarantee issuance procedures and financial management.
- Facilitate import and export documentary collection processes with precision.
- Handle syndicated and bilateral loan operations, processing financial disbursements and payments.
- Maintain documentation standards while managing trade finance products.
- Conduct remittance services and offer professional customer support.
- Ensure smooth corporate online banking operations and transaction processing.
- Supervise Dirham clearing operations, including specialized transaction processing and check clearing.
- Provide operational support across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in other departmental initiatives as instructed by management.
Requirements
- Must be a UAE National with valid family book and Emirates ID.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
