BitGo is seeking a Tax and Accounting Assistant based in Germany to assist with various financial matters such as inputting invoices into the ledger.
Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Entering invoices into the ledger system
- Sorting and classifying documents
- Assisting in payroll preparation
- Preparing accounting for month-end
- Support in audits by providing internal and external auditors with necessary information and documents
- Assisting in budgeting and financial planning
Requirements:
- Completed extensive training as a tax clerk or a degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Taxation/Accounting/Controlling
- At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Profound knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and tax regulations
- Team player with strong communication and organizational skills and a self-reliant and responsible work ethic
- Proficient in DATEV, MS-Office applications, and English language skills
- Prior experience in payroll preparation

Accounting Data Entry Specialist - Day and Night Shift
Responsibilities:
Accurately input financial transactions into accounting systems and databases

We are looking for a Fraud Monitoring Executive to join the Bitcastle team. In this role, you will manage and oversee fraud monitoring processes to identify and mitigate fraudulent activities and unusual transaction patterns within our forex trading platform. You will ensure timely review and escalation of fraud alerts, maintain compliance with internal standards, and support reporting to management for effective risk management.
