Job Duties
- Gain understanding of system capital flow dynamics
- Manage access to various fiat channels, capital processes, and conduct testing
- Communicate with customer service regularly to address capital-related queries
- Handle various capital issues by providing timely and accurate responses
- Assist in coordinating marketing activities
- Demonstrate proficiency in tracking fund data within the system and contributing ideas
- Clear understanding of reconciliation logic to guide subordinates' daily tasks
- Address other fund-related system issues
Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in English for collaborating with international partners; Chinese knowledge is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a focus on accounting, finance, economics, or related fields
- Minimum of 7 years working in clearing and settlement within exchange platforms, payment channels, or commercial banks
- Strong risk awareness and identification skills
- Excellent logical analysis, communication, and presentation abilities
- Enthusiastic, innovative, resilient under pressure, responsible, and team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with Internet Finance and traditional financial operations
- Proven experience leading teams and independently managing projects
- Preferred experience in risk control for bank or Visa acquiring business
