We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence within the Web3 domain.
Responsibilities
In this role as CMO, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing strategic marketing plans to elevate our brand visibility, engage with our community, and drive user acquisition and retention. You will oversee marketing operations across all projects within IFT's portfolio, including digital marketing, growth initiatives, and content creation. This position requires a strong comprehension of the Web3 landscape, a keen interest in blockchain technology, and a proven history of successful marketing leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the marketing team.
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with IFT’s overall objectives.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost user acquisition and retention.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate across teams in the organization and with project leads within IFT's portfolio.
- Conduct market research and analyze outcomes to enhance market understanding.
- Cultivate relationships with agencies, influencers, and industry partners.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Develop and implement content strategies tailored to the target audience.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in Web3.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency.
- Proven ability in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in Web3 technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
- Proactive and motivated with a passion for Web3.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
