Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and knowledge in aligning with the company’s core values and mission.
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers, identifying and addressing their needs promptly.
- Resolve product or service issues by understanding customer concerns, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring follow-up for resolution.
- Adhere to communication protocols and standards for interactions with internal and external customers.
- Meet personal and team performance targets.
- Update customer records and recommend suitable products/services based on customer insights.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective customer service delivery.
- Handle changes professionally and proactively engage customers.
- Perform other duties related to customer service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a high school diploma.
- Located in Sofia with prior experience in a relevant customer support role.
- Background in fintech is beneficial but not required.
- Understand the company’s technical, financial, and organizational framework.
- Communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate qualities such as integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion, and respect for individual rights.
- Show an interest in financial technologies and services, along with motivation for the role.
- Proficient in both English and Italian with excellent computer literacy.
