Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts, manage sales operations, establish and expand the sales team and distribution channels. This includes conducting market research, organizing trade shows, providing on-site training, and targeting sales to healthcare facilities, government entities, and/or international distributors.
- Identify lucrative business prospects, sales channels, and strategic partnerships within the healthcare and diagnostics industries. Develop and implement sales strategies to accelerate sales growth in global markets.
- Create and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations emphasizing the clinical value and commercial benefits of AI medical products and services.
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and key performance metrics during monthly and quarterly management and board meetings.
- Develop pricing models to optimize gross profits from various revenue streams including product sales, service fees, and subscriptions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with corporate objectives and execution plans.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in medical device, SaMD (Software as a Medical Device)/SaaS, or medical technology sectors. Knowledge of medical devices, healthcare trends, and clinical applications is a bonus.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment. Strong leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
- Self-driven, quick learner, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in presenting technical information and articulating the value proposition of AI-driven medical devices to close deals successfully.
- Willingness to travel frequently overseas, proficient in English, and capable of drafting contracts.
- Understanding of medical regulations, healthcare compliance, and insurance reimbursement is a desirable asset.
