Position Summary
We seek a proactive and highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to join the Keyfactor team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations. The selected individual will provide support to the Executive Assistant for our C-Staff and oversee administrative functions at our Atlanta office. Moreover, they will deliver comprehensive administrative support across various departments.
This role entails handling complex administrative tasks, leading project management, and spearheading process enhancement initiatives to boost team productivity.
Location: The role is based in the US and allows for remote work as needed. Candidates must be either US citizens or US permanent residents.
Responsibilities
- Undertake intricate administrative duties such as overseeing projects and driving process enhancement initiatives.
- Serve as a primary contact for departmental staff, offering guidance on administrative issues.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and vendors.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior administrative staff on office protocols and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between departmental teams and other organizational departments.
- Research and acquire promotional items, supervise event marketing material inventory, and coordinate print production when required.
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Thorough understanding of office procedures and administrative practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex administrative tasks and projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of stakeholders.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to mentor and train junior administrative staff.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle shifting priorities and deadlines.
Travel Requirements: Up to 10% travel may be necessary.
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
