Social Media & PR Specialist

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the company's public voice, enhancing the brand's digital presence, engaging with the community, and shaping the PR strategy in a dynamic market environment.
In collaboration with senior management, this role offers the opportunity to develop and implement strategies from scratch, making it ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media & Community Building:
- Develop and expand the company's presence on various platforms, ensuring active engagement with the audience
- Establish and nurture online communities, maintaining consistency in interactions and brand messaging
- Create and implement a tailored content schedule for each platform
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and audience feedback to provide valuable insights
- Public Relations & Brand Enhancement:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with media outlets, newsletters, and key influencers
- Produce press releases, announcements, and thought leadership content
- Identify and secure opportunities for media coverage, such as interviews, podcasts, and partnerships
- Contribute to maintaining a coherent external narrative for the organization
- Content Creation & Design:
- Develop visual and written content, including graphics, banners, infographics, and social media posts
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
- Assist in broader marketing campaigns by providing creative assets
- Stakeholder Engagement (Desirable):
- Represent the company in community forums, webinars, or live events
- Support business development activities through effective presentations and product storytelling
- Refine messaging and materials based on feedback from various audiences
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in managing social media profiles and fostering online communities
- Proficient in crafting compelling copy for diverse audiences and platforms
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar software
- Prior exposure to public relations tasks, encompassing media outreach and content creation
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced setting

- Exposure to digital assets, fintech, or dynamic startup environments
- Established connections within media, influencer networks, or Web3 ecosystems
- Comfortable with engaging online audiences and hosting community interactions.
