Full-Stack MERN Developer – Trading Platform
We are looking for a dedicated MERN Stack Developer (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) to join our team on a full-time (40 hrs/week), long-term basis. You will be jumping into an existing codebase to develop core application features, optimize database queries, and build user dashboards.
Whether you are an experienced senior engineer or a rising junior developer with rock-solid fundamentals and genuine passion, we value code quality and strong core JavaScript/TypeScript skills above all else.
Key Responsibilities & Tech Stack
- Frontend: React.js, dynamic charts/data visualization, state management (Redux/Zustand), and responsive UI execution.
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful API design, and WebSockets integration.
- Database: MongoDB schema modeling, indexing, and aggregation pipelines.
Work Setup & Culture
- Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week).
- Time Zones: Flexible! Location does not matter.
- Syncing: One live technical sync call per week. All other communication is asynchronous.
AI Policy
We embrace AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for speed. However, you must completely understand every line of code you write. Relying on AI for code you cannot debug or explain yourself is a dealbreaker.
