Our client, a leading fintech company based in Singapore, is seeking a Customer Success Executive in Hong Kong to support their expansion efforts in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia. The company specializes in connecting borrowers with a wide network of financial institutions through their innovative loan matching platform.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of loan applications, inquiries, and concerns while upholding customer service standards.
- Facilitate communication and interactions between customers and lending partners to foster strong relationships.
- Strive to surpass sales targets and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Cultivate and sustain customer relationships by maintaining regular communication and providing ongoing support post-application.
Requirements
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in financial services, with a background in customer success or customer-facing roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to address complex issues effectively.
- Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
