Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a successful track record in hiring for various roles, including engineering, business development, and business positions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in converting passive candidates into active hires, along with excellent English communication skills and strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and various recruiting tools.
Preferred:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Crypto or IT industries, including awareness of current trends and talent needs.
