About the Role
Toku is currently seeking a Performance Marketing Director who will report directly to the CEO.
As a Performance Marketer at Toku, you will collaborate closely with the founders to develop and execute performance marketing strategies for our go-to-market efforts. You will have daily access to the founders, allowing for quick iterations and implementation. Having a hustler mentality, experience in founding companies, or building side projects is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the founders to execute performance marketing strategies that bridge short-term execution and long-term vision
- Purchase ads, target and retarget profiles, and iterate rapidly
- Increase market awareness and adoption of existing products
- Manage and execute campaign workflows, including segmentation and target management
- Create content and optimize SEO for the website and other channels
- Identify and cultivate new growth channels while developing go-to-market strategies
- Contribute to brand strategy and develop the company's online presence
- Take ownership of external media aspects, including press releases, product landing pages, social media, and co-marketing endeavors with partners
- Comfortably wear multiple hats, acting as the sole marketing representative at the company
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing
- Excellent storytelling skills in written, verbal, and visual formats
- Proven track record of successfully developing, executing, and managing performance marketing strategies independently
- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Experience in planning and implementing large-scale marketing campaigns, with the ability to analyze data and drive improvements
- Proficient in market research, messaging, positioning, and branding
- Strong preference for individuals with experience in the SaaS industry and startup environments
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to execute new ideas with autonomy
- Able to find the right balance between perfection and quick execution
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, work at a fast pace, and iterate based on feedback
- Excited to test, experiment, fail, and learn
- Additional preference for individuals with a hustler mentality, experience in founding companies, or building side projects
- Must be in the North America Time Zone
