We are looking for a skilled and innovative 3D Animator to join the marketing team at Seedworld. You will be involved in creating high-quality animations for a notable Metaverse project. The focus will be on crafting visually appealing and captivating images and animations of various characters from Seedworld for marketing and social media purposes.

Responsibilities:

Develop both Short and Long-form animations showcasing the diverse and stylized characters of Seedworld.
Complete 3D animation tasks covering scene assembly, animation, lighting, and rendering up to final post-production touches.
Proficiency in lighting techniques and matching the game's animation style using Redshift in Maya or Blender.
Utilize extensive experience in 3D character animation to bring the characters to life while ensuring top-notch quality and meeting deadlines.
Participate in reviews, accept feedback, and revise as necessary.
Work closely in a dynamic team environment, collaborating with artists and tech members to achieve a cohesive project vision.
Contribute to the progress of a growing studio.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a 3D Animator in the gaming or VFX/film industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion, including storyboard reception, scene assembly, animation, rendering, and post-production.
Capability to iterate ideas swiftly and optimize assets efficiently.
Strong skills in enhancing character expressions through lighting and post-production techniques.
Proficiency in Maya, Adobe Suites, Substance Painter.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively.
Proficient in organizing files, maintaining references, following naming conventions, and managing project structures for seamless teamwork.

Requirement:

Possess suitable rendering capabilities and hardware for animation projects.
Proficient in using Maxon Redshift.

Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5.
